Instructions for changing the date of the physical test

Any candidates who need to change the date of the physical test due to the reasons mentioned below should submit a copy of the call letter along with the application and the reason for which they want to change the date. The application along with the relevant evidence will have to be submitted in person at the office of Gujarat Police Board, Bungalow No. G-12, Near Sarita Udhan, Sector-9, Gandhinagar Pin Code-382007 as per the format mentioned below.

The candidate’s date will not be changed for any reason other than the reasons mentioned below.

• 1. If the candidate is married or has a sibling.

• 2. To the candidate In case of any other examination like Government Recruitment and College Examination (on the day before the commencement of the examination, on the day/days of the examination and on the day after the completion of the examination, if there is a physical test)

• 3. If the candidate’s mother/father/brother/sister/grandfather/grandmother/wife/son/daughter has passed away.

Special Note:

• (A) Only applications received 3 days before the commencement of the physical test will be considered.

• (B) After receiving the candidate’s application, the orders regarding the change of date will be posted on the Recruitment Board’s website. In which the candidate whose date has been changed will have to appear on the mentioned date/time and place with the old call letter.
